Please accept my thanks to yourself and your company. I was at first dubious about using an online service in this way and did not expect the level of service I received. You did exactly what you you said you would and in a very efficient manner.  The cost of using your service compared to other providers is night and day. I did not have to worry about cheques clearing, high costs, uncertainty and of course wasted time. The simple trust relationship you use is such a refreshing change and the cash was available almost immidiately! A first class service, more service sector companies should take a leaf out of your book :  ) 

 I read the news item (Guardian interview with our CEO) with interest and wish I had sooner, as I would have left a comment. I think that some internet companies are not as customer focused as Wonga - it does make a difference in terms of loyalty.

 There were a few critics but also some very positive remarks and I would have to say it really depends on your own circumstances if Wonga is right for you. From my perspective Wonga has saved me money, which some may find hard to believe, but it has and probably will in the future.

 For several months I reduced my working hours to accomodate a degree course and obviously that means a reduction in income. Now the most important aspect here is to ensure that all direct debits and commitments were paid on time, which they were thanks to Wonga. If they had not been I would have had all manner of bank charges which, as some people have unfortunately found, can easily run into 100s of pounds if not more. Using Wonga also I believe helped preserve my credit rating.

 The biggest win for me was booking my flight to the States. I found a great deal with an airline but did not have the cash. If I didn't get it quickly I would not get the discount. I took out a loan with Wonga and saved myself about 280 pounds. That just about covers all the interest I have paid in the last year … A Win-win situation for me!

 As I said at the begining, it depends on your circumstances but used responsibly it can be a better service than the high street banks, it is fast and a service that is reliable. Good luck team and my personal thanks.
